Policy for products within warranty

Royal Sovereign is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best value and we do our best to assure our products are free of defects. Our warranty applies to the repair or replacement of a Royal Sovereign product found to be defective in material or workmanship within the date of the original purchase.

Our warranties do not apply to products damaged resulting from abuse, misuse, improper maintenance or damage that is attributable to acts of nature. Royal Sovereign International, Inc. (and its affiliated companies) is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. This limitation would not apply if you live in those areas that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Defective products should be returned to your retailer for replacement or refund if within the retailer's return policy. Royal Sovereign does not grant refunds. If a product cannot be returned to the retailer due to it being out of the retailer return time period but is within the Royal Sovereign product warranty time frame, then the product may be repaired by one of Royal Sovereigns' authorized service centers or shipped back to Royal Sovereign (freight prepaid), with proof of purchase. Refurbished Goods

Refurbished units may have slight cosmetic damage varying from small dents on the side to scratches on the front. All of our refurbished units have been inspected and tested by our in-house specialists and come with a 60-day warranty from the original sales invoice and is subject to the RSIC Policies as outlined on our website.


All sales of refurbished units are final

Should repair be necessary during the 60-day warranty period, the unit must be returned to RSIC for evaluation. If RSIC repairs or replaces a product its warranty its limited warranty is not extended. RSIC reserves the right to refund the customer, less costs incurred, for the product should the terms of the warranty not be able to be carried out.
